An API and frontend for UK Rail Arrival/Departure board

OwlBoard is targeted towards traincrew who need quick access to boards from many stations in a day. Boards are loaded using a CRS, TIPLOC, or STANOX code - STANOX is rarely used by traincrew but it doesn't cost anything to offer the functionality.
