The issue lies with some external email systems 'clicking' the single use link to assess for threats which means that when the link reaches your inbox, it is already invalid.

While an alternative on-boarding process is implemented authentication will be disabled for PIS and Headcode lookups.

Due to sensitive information on staff departure boards, these will only be available to those who are registered.
